THE MOUSY FAMILY SPECIAL EVENT - 10/1/07 TO 12/31/07

From October 1, 2007 to December 31, 2007, The Mousy Family will be holding a special Mousy Point event. We will not only be giving out Mousy Points but Zoo Bucks as well.

Mousy Points Guidelines and Rules
1.	All decisions made by the TD are final in all Mousy Tournaments.
2.	Mousy Points and any prize redemptions are sponsored by The Mousy Family Tournament Group and NOT The Zoo or anyone associated with www.zoo-games.com nor does the management of The Zoo warrant any prizes awarded.
3.	The Mousy Family will post results weekly (each week will start on Monday and end on Sunday) by the Friday of the week following and will be posted on a link at www.mousyfamily.com by Saturday of the following week.
4.	The Mousy Family will make its best effort to keep an accurate count of points accumulated by each player, however this is not an automatic process and we recognize that errors can be made. It is the player’s responsibility to keep track of all tournaments attended or won and to check the point totals at www.mousyfamily.com for accuracy. If you think that the point total listed by The Mousy Family is inaccurate, send a list of your points to mousysupport@mousyfamily.com together with your attendance record. We will look into it as soon as possible and get back to you with our decision or a need for more information. In any event, the decision of Mousy Family Management will be final unless the player demonstrates an error in their documentation
5.	Prizes must be redeemed between January 2, 2008 and February 15, 2008. Prizes posted may be limited in quantity. If the prize chosen is not available, we will contact you and let you know so that you may choose another prize. If a prize becomes unavailable we will extend your redemption period to February 29, 2008.
6.	Mousy Points are non-transferable and are awarded to only the PLAYER NAME that participates in the Mousy tournament.

a. Player attendance will be recorded and we will award extra Zoo Bucks and 2 Mousy Points to the TWO PLAYERS that attend the most Mousy Tournaments each week.

c. Each time you enter a Mousy TOC, you will receive 2 additional Mousy Points.

d. The TWO PLAYERS who play in the most Mousy Tournaments each month will receive 5 Mousy Points and 350 Zoo Bucks.

a. Every time you win a Mousy Tournament, you will earn 2 additional Mousy Points (and you will be eligible to enter our Tournament of Champions).

b. Every time you are a runner up in a Mousy Tournament, you will receive 1 additional Mousy Point (and you will be eligible to enter our Tournament of Champions).

c. The winners of TOCs will earn Zoo Bucks and will receive 5 additional Mousy Points.

a. Mousy management will, from time to time, award BONUS Mousy Points for special events such as trivia and wild cards (this will be explained when they occur).

b. Mousy management may award BONUS Mousy BROWNIE POINTS to players that show good sportsmanship and support for Mousy Family Tournaments. You will be advised if you qualify for these points by the TD in the tournament you are playing in.

a. The Mousy Family makes no warrantees with regard to any prizes won by players other than that they will arrive in good condition. Manufacturers of the products chosen may have a warranty on said product with regard to defects and player will have the option of dealing directly with them should a defect exist.

b. All inquiries or questions should be directed by email to mousysupport@mousyfamily.com and we will endeavor to provide a professional, prompt response.

c. All players who participate in The Mousy Points program must be a player in good standing with The Mousy Family and The Zoo. No player who is banned from Mousy Family Tournaments or The Zoo will be eligible to redeem any Mousy Points for prizes.

Mousy Points are redeemable for special prizes that will be displayed on our website at http://www.mousyfamily.com shortly. This offer will begin on October 1, 2007 and end on December 31, 2007. Prizes will be redeemable after January 2, 2008 and before February 15, 2008.

You don't need to register for a Mousy Tournament. Just be at one and sit at an available table before start time. Everything else (including lots of laughs) will be automatic. Anyone with a MOUSY name is the TD. Our TDs do not play in their Mousy names.

Mousy Tourneys are for fun. We don't "censor" what you can say, but we do ask that you are a mature individual (PG-15) if you plan to play in them. There are basically three rules of conduct in our tournaments: no vulgarity, no attacking any other player or group, and no arguing with the TD. Have fun and GOOD MOUSY LUCK!
